LocBLoc, LLC Return and Refund Policy

LocBLoc, LLC wants to make sure that you are fully satisfied with our products. The LocBLoc P.O Box plug, as well as any of our other products, is fully warranted against mechanical and material defects. We are so certain that you'll be satisfied with the protection of your P.O. Box revenue that if you are not satisfied in the first 30 days, you can return the LocBLocs for a full refund.

Damaged package or Lost/Less Quantity

LocBLoc, LLC has used USPS exclusively for the delivery of our products for the past 25 years and pride ourselves on not losing any package. Regardless, we request that you inspect merchandise immediately upon delivery and report any damage or loss of quantity within ten (10) days of receipt of goods.

Returns

The LocBLoc is so dependable that we have never had a return. But if you need to, you have 30 (thirty) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. The entire quantity of items must be returned. A partial refund is negotiable if the entire quantity amount of the original invoice cannot be returned. All refunds will be based on the invoice quantity and the original invoice per item pricing.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Once inspected and authorized, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within seven (7) business days.

Shipping

All returns will be shipped back at the customer's expense, unless otherwise and previously agreed upon. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
